Taking "Hebei Province Engineering Technology Research Center of Textile and Garment" as a platform, our school actively carried out external technicians training and technology service.
I. Personnel training for enterprises
The college figured out multiple training modes for enterprises:
1) Recruit on-the-job master of engineering;
2)Open different levels of training class;
3) Accept technical personnel in enterprises to join a class;
4) Organize different levels of academic lectures on request of enterprises.
Ⅱ. Industry-college-institute cooperation
In recent years, the college has established strong links with more than 20 industries and research institutes such as China Textile Academy, The textile industry productivity promotion center, the People's Government of Hebei Longyao County, Hebei Xindadong Textiles Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd, Hebei Tianlun Group Co., Ltd, and Hebei Ningfang Group Co., Ltd. The industry-college-institute cooperation have promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improved work efficiency, and brought huge benefits to companies.
