On May 17, the unveiling ceremony of the "China-South Korea Clothing Culture and Design Research Center" was held in Conference Room B104 of the office building. Lee Sung-geun, the president of Sungshin Women's University, a group of nine people attended the unveiling ceremony. Zhu Liguang, Secretary of the Party Committee, attended and delivered an address, and Vice President Xu Yongzan made a speech.

Zhu Liguang pointed out that the "China-South Korea Clothing Culture and Design Research Center" is the first research institution in China led by universities to participate in the construction and engage in Sino-Korean clothing culture research and clothing design. Today's unveiling ceremony marks another fruitful achievement in the cooperation between the two universities. It is hoped that the center will give full play to its own advantages, take research as the basis, cooperate as the starting point and adhere to the purpose of "inheriting culture and promoting fashion", to build a broader exchange platform for education, clothing, culture and other fields of the two sides, and make greater contributions to the cultural exchange and prosperity of China and South Korea.

Li Chenggen said that he was very grateful to Hebei University of Science and Technology for its efforts to establish the “China-South Korea Clothing Culture and Design Research Center”. Sungshin Women's University has always attached great importance to international exchanges and cooperation, and regards Hebei University of Science and Technology as an important partner. It is hoped that with the joint efforts of the two universities, the center will give full play to its advantageous role, promote Sino-Korean clothing design cooperation, and become a model of cooperation.

Xu Yongzan said that the center takes Hebei University of Science and Technology and Sungshin Women's University as the main body of cooperation. It holds high-level international academic forums, clothing design competitions, clothing dynamic and static performances and other activities, establishes an international clothing design research and development team and prepares for the establishment of a clothing museum that combines academic and popular science to create an international clothing culture research and clothing design platform, advance the integration and dissemination of clothing culture between China and South Korea, and promote international exchanges and cooperation in the clothing industry.

The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Yan Cuiying, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Dean of the School of International Education. The relevant person in charge of the International Cooperation Office and the Scientific Research Institute, the relevant person in charge of the Textile and Clothing Institute and the representatives of teachers and students, as well as the teachers sent by South Korea to our school attended the unveiling ceremony.
