In the afternoon of May 29th, the 2022 graduation design conference of the College of Textile and Clothing of Hebei University of Science and Technology was successfully carried out with the theme of "Yin - New", which implied that we should fear the future and bring forth the new through the old.

The more than 80 sets of works on display at the conference were produced by more than 100 graduates of Fashion and Apparel Design and Fashion and Apparel Design (Sino-Korean Cooperation) under the guidance of their instructors over a period of more than six months. The works incorporated elements of humanistic spirit, traditional culture, technology and greenery, reflecting the coexistence and specificity, collision and fusion, inheritance and innovation of clothing, highlighting the diversity of design styles, and demonstrating the combination and reconstruction of multiple materials. Through the strong contrast of different colors and the mix and match of different fabrics, the works comprehensively showed the distinctive personality and active thinking of this year's graduates.

The exhibition of graduation design works of clothing and apparel design majors is a special activity of the College of Textile and Clothing every year, from clothing design to garment production to the final stage show, all planned, participated and completed by students of various majors, which highlights the teaching effect of clothing and apparel design majors as a national first-class professional construction point, and is also a display of the results of interdisciplinary teaching reform carried out by textile and clothing majors, and has become an important channel and an effective way for the College of Textile and Clothing to show the teaching achievements of the discipline integration majors and enhance the influence of the majors.

All university leaders, heads of relevant functional departments and representatives of teachers and students from all colleges attended the conference.
